It is estimated that 7 million adult-underbanked Cambodians have difficulty accessing small financing products. The situation furthermore cumbersome by stringent application process and collateral requirements as well as often rather complicated repayment process.
Delightech is a development and operation of platform for underbanked adults in Cambodia providing an instant access to financing services, without complicated registration, application, and repayment processes, enabling further access to various sets of other financial tools and cross-enablers, creating financial inclusion bridge for both formal and informal economic users’ demographic.

Along a roller coaster jouney, Delightech kept pushing forward to learn as much as possible until we reached our achievements
2018 - 2019
Recognizing that in 2018 only 50% of Cambodians, according to the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) have access to financial services, we thought to create a platform where those other 50% of people will get access to their financial needs through easy, fast, and reliable technology.
2020 - 2021
To better understand the industry of Finance and Technology, we participated in many related programs including, 500 startups, BIO, Start Up Journey, The Digital SME Accelerator, and ANTLER.
2021 - 2022
After years of conducting, studying, competing and recrueting members, we were able to finally established ourselves as a regconised company signed by the Ministry of Commerse and the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training.

Delightech has functioned as a company for 4 years now. We have a total of 22 employees with 80% being women, and several interns from diverse backgrounds, ranging from highschools to universities. In the hope to expand the company’s size to correspond with the increasing rate of our daily new costumers, we are always open for investments.
